Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategy for enterprise software systems including PLM, ERP, MES, CRM, and others aligned with digital transformation initiatives.
- Oversee customization, enhancement, and maintenance of Siemens Teamcenter PLM and Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP systems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop robust system and application requirements.
- Manage migration to new system solutions and mitigate associated business risks.
- Negotiate and manage software vendor relationships and contracts.
- Lead and mentor multi-disciplinary technical teams supporting enterprise applications.
- Drive process improvement, training, and onboarding related to enterprise system literacy.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards in automotive, aerospace, and defense sectors.
- Integrate enterprise systems ensuring data integrity and optimal performance.
Education
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computational Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields.
