Responsibilities
- Partner with executive leaders to drive a high-performing culture through expert HR coaching and consulting.

- Lead rollout of company-wide HR initiatives within client groups.
- Develop managerial capabilities through coaching and management development programs.
- Manage complex employee relations issues in partnership with Employee Relations and legal teams.
- Analyze HR trends and metrics to develop insightful recommendations and programs.
Education
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
