Responsibilities
- Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams across various departments
- Interface with candidates, hiring managers, and third-party vendors
- Monitor virtual and on-site interviews to ensure a smooth process
- Act as a liaison for interview logistics and candidate management
- Maintain interview schedules and accurate data entry in ATS
- Provide administrative support to recruiting and talent operations teams
- Assist candidates with expense reimbursement processes
- Coordinate travel arrangements for candidates
- Manage job description repository
- Support ad hoc projects and initiatives as needed
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Bachelor's degree preferred
