About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and results-oriented International Sales Coach to support the ongoing training and development of our international sales team. This role is instrumental in enhancing the effectiveness of a geographically distributed team of tenured sales professionals located in Malaysia. The Sales Coach will implement targeted coaching frameworks designed to improve individual performance, sustain professional growth, and align frontline execution with strategic commercial objectives.
Success in this role requires a skilled, sales-focused- facilitator with a data-informed approach, strong emotional intelligence, training content management experience, and the ability to translate performance metrics into developmental actions.
The ideal candidate possesses a consultative coaching style and a deep commitment to advancing sales excellence across diverse global markets. This candidate will reside in PST time zone with the ability to work hours of 12pm PST- 9pm PST, in order to support our Malaysia workforce.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Coaching & Development: Deliver structured one-on-one and group coaching sessions tailored to the developmental needs of sales professionals across international regions in the Asia Pacific Markets.
Performance Optimization: Assess performance data and CRM analytics to identify opportunities for skill enhancement and behavioral improvement.
Curriculum Reinforcement: Reinforce core enablement programming and sales methodology through live coaching, role-plays, and feedback loops.
Cross-Cultural Communication: Adapt coaching techniques to accommodate diverse communication styles, languages, and cultural nuances.
Enablement Integration: Collaborate with Enablement, Marketing, and Revenue Operations to ensure coaching aligns with onboarding, product training, and pipeline development initiatives.
Progress Monitoring: Track improvement trends and provide regular reporting to Sales Leadership on individual and team performance benchmarks.
Feedback Loop Creation: Serve as a trusted partner to front-line managers, offering insights and recommendations for ongoing team development.
Qualifications
Required:
3+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within SaaS, Aviation, or Solution-Based Selling Environments.
2+ years in a coaching, sales training, or sales leadership role focused on coaching and development.
High level of proficiency leveraging modern enablement tools, LMS platforms, CRMs, and project management software.
Experience creating high-quality training content and materials related to ongoing development and onboarding.
Ability to work 12 pm -9 pm PST.
Preferred:
Demonstrated experience working with international or geographically dispersed sales teams.
A 4-year degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or similar preferred.
Experience or a strong understanding of the aviation industry is a plus.
Coaching certification (e.g., ICF, Sales Coaching Institute) a plus.
Key Competencies
Strong understanding of sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC, Challenger, SPIN, etc.).
Proven ability to assess sales performance data and translate it into actionable coaching strategies.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills across diverse cultural backgrounds.
Working Conditions
This position is designated as remote, with the expectation that the employee has a reliable internet connection and a dedicated, professional home workspace. While the role is primarily performed from home, occasional travel may be required for team meetings, trainings, or company events.
The employee must be available to work during core business hours aligned with the company’s needs and be accessible via email, messaging platforms, and virtual meeting tools throughout the workday. As this role supports global operations, the ability to flex working hours occasionally to accommodate different time zones is required.
