Account Executive

We're looking for an experienced and dynamic AE who can not only crush our current pipeline and close mid-market and enterprise deals, but help build out the playbook and continue Paraform's exponential growth. Folks need to be willing to grind, but we also need creative thinkers who have high clockspeed, can implement time-saving structure & process, and generate new ideas that accelerate growth.

Responsibilities

  • Be in charge of all inbound leads, generate pipeline, and close deals

  • Implementing time-saving structure & process.

  • Generate new ideas that accelerate growth.

  • Own enterprise deals end-to-end, including understanding customer pain points, helping them evaluate Cursor, negotiate terms, and ensure successful onboarding of customers

What you'll do:

  • Client (recruiter) facing (40%) Deliver VIP treatment to our recruiters by providing rapid responses and personalized support. Every interaction is an opportunity to help a recruiter succeed.

  • Operations (40%) Streamline and automate tedious processes, freeing you up to focus on high-leverage activities that drive real results.

  • Sales (20%) Convince recruiters of the transformative potential of Paraform. As recruiting on Paraform is a new way of doing business, you'll be selling our platform as a powerful opportunity to scale the businesses of our recruiters.
