About the role:
As a GTM Engineer at Ambient.ai, you’ll be the technical architect of our AI-driven go-to-market (GTM) growth engine, building a modern intent-based pipeline generation system. Sitting at the nexus of Sales, Marketing, Revenue Operations, and Product, you’ll design, automate, and optimize workflows using tools like Clay, HockeyStack, AirOps, and n8n to drive scalable revenue growth. Your work will empower our teams to deliver hyper-targeted, data-driven campaigns that accelerate pipeline velocity and convert high-intent prospects.
What you'll do:
Architect AI-Driven GTM Workflows: Design and automate end-to-end GTM processes across CRM, marketing automation, and outreach platforms, leveraging AI-powered workflows to enable scalable demand generation and pipeline acceleration
Build intent-driven ABM campaigns: use AI-powered tools to synthesize account intelligence, launch outbound programs, and iterate via rapid experimentation
Integrate and maintain GTM tech stack: manage CRM, automation platforms, enrichment tools, ensuring data integrity and streamlined operational flows
Collaborate cross-functionally, translating business objectives into technical implementation: work closely with Sales, Marketing, RevOps, and Product to optimize pipeline health
Measure and improve: define KPIs, monitor system performance, A/B test campaigns, and optimize workflows based on data insights
What you'll bring:
3–7 years in technical GTM roles (Growth Marketing, Revenue Ops, Digital Marketing, Marketing Ops) with a focus on pipeline generation and system integration
Strong technical skills: proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce), marketing automation (Hubspot), and AI-driven prospecting and outreach tools (e.g., Clay, Outreach), AI-workflow automation (AirOps, n8n), marketing attribution (Hockeystack)
Analytical Mindset: Ability to synthesize complex datasets, derive actionable insights, and optimize campaigns based on performance metrics
Problem-Solving: Proven track record of translating business needs into innovative technical solutions in fast-paced environments
Collaboration: Excellent communication skills to align cross-functional teams and drive shared objectives
Salary and Equity:
At Ambient.ai, we take a market-based approach to compensation. Final offers are based on job-related skills, experience, location, and internal equity.
Base salary is just one part of our total rewards package, including stock options and the opportunity to share in the company’s growth.
The starting base salary range for this role in Redwood City: $150,000 - $165,000
