Director of Growth

Parachute is a home essentials brand committed to creating lasting quality products. They are seeking a data-driven Director of Growth to lead and optimize paid media campaigns, manage agency partnerships, and drive ecommerce revenue growth with a focus on performance marketing.

Skills

  • Expertise in paid media channels and eCommerce performance marketing.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and optimize campaigns.
  • Experience managing external agencies and creative teams.
  • Budget management and forecasting proficiency.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

  • Own and optimize paid media strategy across digital channels including Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram, TikTok, and affiliate marketing.
  • Manage and forecast performance marketing budgets to meet ecommerce revenue goals.
  • Analyze campaign results, identify trends, and pivot strategies to scale successful efforts.
  • Lead agency partnerships and coordinate with internal/external creative teams to produce high-performing ad creatives.
  • Oversee ad testing and creative optimization based on data-driven insights.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to integrate messaging and creative across marketing and site teams.
  • Provide regular performance reporting and insights to senior leadership.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; focus on marketing, business, or related field.
