Responsibilities
- Own and optimize paid media strategy across digital channels including Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram, TikTok, and affiliate marketing.
- Manage and forecast performance marketing budgets to meet ecommerce revenue goals.
- Analyze campaign results, identify trends, and pivot strategies to scale successful efforts.
- Lead agency partnerships and coordinate with internal/external creative teams to produce high-performing ad creatives.
- Oversee ad testing and creative optimization based on data-driven insights.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to integrate messaging and creative across marketing and site teams.
- Provide regular performance reporting and insights to senior leadership.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; focus on marketing, business, or related field.
