Position Summary
Paradigm’s GTM Lead will drive our portfolio companies’ growth through proactive go-to-market strategy and high-impact business development. Reporting to the Head of GTM, you’ll build and maintain the strongest business network in crypto, advise founders on effective sales and marketing operations, and create the definitive playbook for crypto GTM excellence. This role positions you as a critical partner to our investment and research teams, enabling Paradigm-backed founders to scale from early traction to industry leadership.
Responsibilities
Lead pipeline reviews with portfolio companies, diagnose growth obstacles, and facilitate strategic introductions.
Build and sustain an influential crypto network, providing immediate opportunities and valuable connections for our companies.
Advise portfolio founders on sales and marketing strategy, CRM tooling, and pipeline management.
Create and engage a community of top GTM operators through events, high-value content exchanges, and collaboration.
Establish and share go-to-market best practices across Paradigm’s portfolio.
Qualifications and Attributes
5+ years leading high-performing GTM, growth, or business development teams, ideally in crypto, fintech, or developer-focused startups.
Proven ability to nurture influential relationships across complex ecosystems.
Expertise in sales processes, marketing operations, pipeline management, and customer segmentation.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with clear articulation in individual and group settings.
Scrappy, entrepreneurial, and team-oriented mindset; comfortable navigating ambiguity in fast-paced environments.
