A performance-focused Paid Social Specialist with hands-on experience managing campaigns across multiple social platforms. You’re confident working with data, spotting trends, and making smart optimizations to improve results. You’ve supported global campaigns, enjoy testing new strategies, and are always looking for ways to scale what works. • Take active ownership of paid social campaigns — from planning and launching to hands-on management across Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, and other emerging platforms

• Test different channels, audiences, and campaign formats to find what works best and where to scale

• Monitor performance, analyze results, and turn insights into actionable improvements to drive stronger outcomes

• Stay up to date with social media trends, new tools, and creative tactics to keep campaigns innovative and competitive

• Experiment with new ad formats, messaging angles, and targeting strategies to boost engagement and ROI

• This role offers a great opportunity to grow into a leadership position and help shape our paid social efforts on a larger scale

• 2+ years of hands-on experience managing Paid Social campaigns across platforms like Meta, TikTok, and Reddit, with a focus on performance and growth; experience with global or US-market campaigns is a strong plus

• Solid understanding of platform algorithms, PPC metrics, and analytics tools, with the ability to optimize campaigns across different regions

• Experience in testing and scaling ad creatives, audiences, and funnel strategies to support campaign objectives

• Comfortable balancing strategy and execution — from setting up campaigns to tracking performance and making data-driven improvements

• Proactive and solutions-oriented, with a good sense for identifying new angles and opportunities in competitive markets

• Well-organized, motivated, and a strong team player who thrives in cross-functional, international setups

• Fluent in English, with clear communication skills across written and verbal formats
