ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY:
We’re seeking a strategic, data-driven, and style-savvy Director of Product Merchandising to own our product line strategy from concept to execution. This role is critical to ensuring our assortment drives growth, captures new customers, and keeps our loyal fans coming back.

Develop end-to-end line plans by category, color, and price architecture, anchored in data, trend, and customer insight
Drive performance across new launches and core styles. Identify when to invest, optimize, or retire
Act as the connective tissue between Design, Sourcing, Planning, and eComm, ensuring on-time and on-brand delivery
Leverage qualitative and quantitative data (sell-through, site analytics, customer feedback) to inform line decisions
Inform product storytelling and content strategies with deep knowledge of the product and its “why”
Maintain sharp awareness of the menswear landscape and emerging opportunities
If applicable, lead and mentor a small but mighty team of merchandisers or coordinators
WHAT YOU HAVE:
7–10 years experience in product merchandising, ideally in DTC or omnichannel apparel
Deep understanding of men’s apparel and the customer mindset
Highly analytical and commercially-minded with creative instinct
Experience with line architecture, pricing strategy, and margin optimization
Strong cross-functional communication and leadership skills
Proficiency in merchandising tools (e.g., Excel, PLM, Looker/analytics platforms)
A growth mindset, comfortable building and optimizing in a fast-scaling environment
WHY YOU’LL LOVE IT HERE:
📈 Direct impact on the growth of one of the fastest-scaling men’s apparel brands
💰 Competitive salary, and meaningful equity (corporate roles only)
