Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of Legal Pro fulfillment systems by collaborating with stakeholders and delivery teams.
- Define product KPIs and make data-driven decisions to prioritize and evaluate features.
- Develop detailed product requirements, documentation, and manage agile sprint processes.
- Work closely with engineering teams to develop scalable API-enabled systems supporting international expansion.
- Break down projects into actionable tasks and ensure sprint commitments are met.
- Monitor project progress and mitigate risks, blockers, and dependencies.
- Communicate status updates and timelines to business and executive stakeholders.
- Design user flows and wireframes to align cross-functional teams.
- Instrument product for performance monitoring and continuous improvement opportunities.
- Leverage data and cost-benefit analysis to align features with company goals.
- Partner effectively with third-party vendors and integrate their systems.
- Focus on scalable, sustainable product design minimizing technical debt.
Education
- Relevant degree or equivalent experience in product management or related fields
