Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Chief Product Officer to translate product goals into actionable requirements.
- Lead feature planning and cross-functional execution to deliver product value.
- Continuously refine the product roadmap based on user needs and business goals.
- Own creation of requirements documentation, wireframes, and design annotations.
- Advocate for the end-user to build intuitive UI/UX solutions using Figma and other tools.
- Validate product features through research, AI, feedback loops, and testing.
- Partner with developers, designers, and QA to scope, refine, and deliver features.
- Participate in agile ceremonies to ensure sprint goals are met.
- Sync with executive leadership and align product work with business objectives.
- Identify risks, support informed decision-making, and drive continuous product improvement.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in related field.
