- Experience with utility systems integration or enterprise software implementation.
- Familiarity with AMI, GIS, Billing, or Outage Management utility domains.
- Working knowledge of REST, SOAP, and MultiSpeak integration protocols.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.
Responsibilities
- Serve as liaison between NISC, utility members, and third-party vendors to define integration requirements and success criteria.
- Coordinate and validate integration efforts using standards such as MultiSpeak (SOAP/XML) and REST APIs.
- Lead discovery sessions to map utility member workflows to integration touchpoints.
- Document integration specifications, test plans, and support procedures.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless deployment and sustainability of integrations.
- Provide guidance on interoperability certification and vendor onboarding.
- Perform other assigned duties.
Education
