Senior HRBP, Actimize, Sales

NiCE Actimize, a global leader in financial crime, risk, and compliance solutions, is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to support the global Sales group. The role involves strategic HR partnership, organizational design, change leadership, and employee engagement within a dynamic, hybrid work environment.

  • Proficient in data interpretation and business trend analysis.

  • Agility in a complex, global, and matrixed environment.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted advisor and build strong relationships with senior leaders to influence Sales organization priorities.
  • Coach and develop senior leadership teams across multiple business units.
  • Enhance employee experience and engagement by facilitating culture and team-building strategies.
  • Design and implement organizational change aligned with business goals, managing risks and adoption.
  • Lead complex initiatives including retention, talent assessment, succession planning, and compensation planning.
  • Drive annual HR processes such as talent management, rewards, and performance management.
  • Collaborate with COEs and regional HR teams to ensure consistent HR processes and programs.
  • Utilize data analytics to identify trends and implement solutions that improve business outcomes.
  • Analyze organization health through performance, satisfaction, attrition, and diversity metrics.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree required; Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
