Responsibilities
- Conduct investigations into employee complaints, grievances, and policy violations.
- Mediate and resolve employee conflicts to promote a positive work environment.
- Advise managers on complex employee relations and performance management.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and conduct regular audits.
- Maintain employee records, update handbooks and policies.
- Develop and deliver HR training programs focused on compliance.
- Analyze HR metrics and provide data-driven recommendations.
- Lead projects related to culture, diversity, inclusion, and employee engagement.
- Support workforce planning and address HR challenges in warehouse environments.
- Facilitate exit interviews and analyze turnover trends.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
