- 10+ years B2B SaaS marketing experience with 5+ years in growth or demand generation leadership
- Proven track record in pipeline and revenue growth within sales-led go-to-market models
- Expertise in ABM, integrated marketing campaigns, and managing complex buying processes
- Experience building and managing SDR or outbound marketing teams
- Knowledge of global and regional growth strategies, including localization and multi-geo campaigns
- Strong understanding of product-led growth (PLG) principles and enterprise selling
- Proficiency with Salesforce, 6sense, G2 or similar marketing tools
- Highly collaborative, data-driven, and comfortable managing hybrid distributed teams
Responsibilities
- Own new business and expansion pipeline growth across North America, EMEA, and APAC through integrated campaigns
- Lead industry-specific and tailored GTM strategies for high-opportunity sectors
- Partner with sales leadership to build and execute ABM programs targeting top accounts and territories
- Scale outbound effectiveness by supporting and optimizing SDR team messaging and campaigns
- Optimize Mixpanel’s digital experience for buyer conversion across multiple geographies and funnel stages
- Collaborate with RevOps to develop scalable reporting and attribution frameworks to measure campaign ROI
- Design and manage lifecycle nurture programs for lead activation, re-engagement, and upselling
- Test and expand PLG-to-SLG handoff strategies including PQL scoring and usage-based outreach
- Hire, mentor, and lead a global team of growth marketers
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or relevant field required
