Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize lifecycle programs to drive cross-sell and expansion growth using email and in-product messaging.
- Leverage key account signals to identify expansion opportunities and improve conversion and time-to-value.
- Serve as subject matter expert in email marketing and contribute to global marketing strategies.
- Partner with Sales to activate high-intent accounts and mitigate churn risks.
- Collaborate with Product Growth to optimize onboarding and in-app engagement.
- Ensure accurate campaign tracking with Marketing Operations.
- Test, iterate, and optimize lifecycle programs based on performance data.
- Track and report key metrics such as pipeline influenced, retention, and engagement.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
