This is a fulltime position that will be based out of our San Francisco Headquarters 5-days a week.
Own and execute full-funnel demand generation programs across paid, nurture, lifecycle, and campaign ops
Launch and optimize digital campaigns across LinkedIn, Google, Reddit, Meta, and review platforms
Build and refine multi-touch email nurture sequences and lifecycle workflows
Drive self-service demo and form conversion initiatives (Quick Demo)
Activate behavioral scoring, segmentation, and email cadences
Manage campaign reporting, performance dashboards, and attribution tracking
Partner closely with content, events, creative, PMM, sales, and marketing ops
Experiment aggressively: test, learn, optimize, repeat
Turn intent signals into high-converting follow-up and meeting
3+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience, ideally in demand generation or growth marketing
Proven track record of driving pipeline and influencing closed-won deals
Hands-on experience running paid campaigns across channels (Linkedin, Google, Reddit, Meta, etc.)
Strong command of email marketing, lead nurture, and lifecycle workflows
HubSpot, GA4, Linkedin, and Google Adwords fluency
Experience owning campaign performance and reporting
Ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously in a lean, fast-moving environment
Collaborative, self-motivated, and comfortable with ambiguity
Willingness and ability to work in-office full-time (5-days a week) at our San Francisco HQ
Experience at a Series A or B SaaS startup
Familiarity with Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), optimizing content for AI summarizers (ChatGPT, Perplexity, etc.)
Experience running ABM campaigns and working with sales on target account outreach
Exposure to AI-powered B2B products or enterprise software buyers
The estimated annual base cash salary for this role is $120,000 - $155,000.
