- Own and administer the Braze platform including strategic architecture and campaign execution
- Lead cross-functional projects supporting lifecycle marketing initiatives
- Build and govern in-app messaging experiences via Pendo
- Manage vendor relationships and external consultants
- Identify and drive improvements in data quality and integrations across marketing systems
- Implement best practices, governance, and documentation for marketing automation
- Partner with stakeholders to define segmentation, personalization, and channel mix
Education
- Relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
