What is your job?
Reporting into the Director of North American Sales, this role is an opportunity to have a significant, material impact on Leapsome’s mission to make work fulfilling for everyone, working with key SMB companies in our fastest-growing market globally.
Opportunity management (incl. Qualification using MEDDPICC)
Stakeholder Management/Relationship building
Negotiation and Closing (incl. legal, data, security)
Pipeline Management (incl. CRM data hygiene)
Accurate forecasting (incl. probabilities, priority, size, timelines etc) Prospecting (incl. social selling
Nurturing postponed/closed lost leads
Conducting platform demos
Being a product expert (become/sustain needed for consultative selling)
Being an industry expert (become/sustain needed for consultative selling)
Routinely and creatively harnessing AI in your daily operations
Extracurricular activities (temporary assignments, e.g OKR initiatives)
Who are we looking for?
You have 2 - 5+ years of work experience in sales (ideally in B2B SaaS or other technology platform sales)
You have a proven track record of closing complex sales cycles and driving new business revenue
You excel at communication - asking the right questions to understand a customer’s needs and decision-making process quickly and working with the customer to generate value for them
You are action-oriented and motivated to succeed in reaching your sales goals
You are passionate about the future of work and you want to join us in building an exceptional team and company to have a real impact in this space
You are heavily aligned with our company values
You are a fluent English speaker and currently live in the US

Expected Compensation: $ 80,000 to $ 100,000 + Bonus + VSOP
For compensation, we set standard ranges for all roles based on function, level, and geographic location, benchmarked against similar-stage growth companies. We share base salary ranges on all US job advertisements to comply with local legislation and provide greater transparency to candidates. This role will be eligible for additional compensation through bonuses and stock options.
Multiple factors determine final offer amounts, including geographic location, candidate experience, and expertise.
