What You’ll Do:  


  • Communicate with existing customers by phone and email to keep critical emergency contact information and other customer account information current and accurate in our systems. 
  • Work with customers to address issues found by teammates in other departments.
  • Assess account information and proactively contact customers to address identified needs.
  • Respond to incoming mail, email, and phone calls to address customer requests.
  • Accurately enter/update customer information into accounting and emergency monitoring systems.
  • Enroll company with customers’ third-party compliance tracking platforms.
  • Deliver excellent customer service experience to external and internal customers.


What You’ll Bring:  


  • A minimum of two years of experience in a business-to-business customer facing role such as customer service, technical support, sales, or telemarketing
  • High school diploma required, some college is a plus
  • Desire to help customers
  • Ability to quickly assess customer needs
  • Adapt to customer personalities while remaining friendly and courteous
  • Intermediate computer skills including Microsoft Office proficiency and familiarity using CRM systems such as Salesforce. Accounting software experience a plus
  • Detail oriented with accurate data input skills 
  • Strong written and verbal business communication skills
  • Friendly disposition in customer interactions

Our primary client base includes commercial and multi-family real estate owners and property managers, and the most common areas we install our emergency phones are in elevators and at pool sides. We design, build, sell, install, service, and monitor those phones. Our Emergency Dispatch Center (EDC) provides 24/7/365 service to help dispatch local emergency services to people in distress.
