Responsibilities
- Support cross-functional projects across all Workday functional areas including Core HCM, Payroll, and Benefits
- Review, test, and implement system upgrades or enhancements
- Capture business process requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Identify and resolve process issues with recommendations for improvements
- Drive process innovation and efficiency using technology and automation tools
- Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement changes
- Ensure data integrity and compliance through audits and reports
- Train team members and users on system processes and functionalities
- Evaluate new HR technologies, applications, and tools
- Maintain awareness of HRIS trends and system delivery best practices
Education
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not explicitly required
