- Oversee HR Consultants’ projects and initiatives
- Partner with Legal on legislative impacts affecting clients
- Improve internal processes for enhanced customer experience
Education
- Bachelor's degree in HR or related field
- HR certifications PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP preferred
