Accountabilities:

  • Lead, coach, and scale a team of commercial account executives with clear targets and performance standards.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive new business and expand customer base across key regions.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships, understanding specific needs and aligning tailored solutions.
  • Partner closely with marketing to define account targeting and deliver compelling value propositions.
  • Collaborate with product teams to integrate customer feedback and refine go-to-market strategies.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to boost visibility and generate leads.
  • Oversee pipeline management and accurate forecasting using CRM tools.
  • Recruit, onboard, and ramp new sales hires efficiently, supporting long-term team growth.
  • Negotiate high-value contracts while maintaining operational and financial excellence.

  • 10+ years of sales experience in the tech industry, including 3–5 years in a leadership role within high-growth startups.
  • Strong understanding of API management, cloud services, and SaaS solutions.
  • Proven ability to build, lead, and scale top-performing sales teams in a fast-paced, technical environment.
  • Experience in complex B2B solution selling and field sales.
  • Skilled in pipeline forecasting, team ramp-up, and performance management.
  • Excellent collaboration across departments such as marketing, enablement, and operations.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to influence at all levels.
  • Deep knowledge of the competitive landscape and ability to position offerings strategically.
  • Competitive OTE range: $300,000–$325,000 USD (may vary based on location and experience).
