Responsibilities
- Lead and support strategic new business efforts including global and regional pitches and RFPs.
- Develop compelling insight-driven proposals based on complex client needs.
- Cultivate senior client and prospect relationships to position IPG Mediabrands as preferred partner.
- Identify and prioritize growth opportunities across new and existing accounts.
- Leverage proprietary tools, data, and technology to inform growth strategies.
- Collaborate with global and local teams to align resources and initiatives.
- Contribute to global growth strategy, staying ahead of market trends such as AI, commerce media, and privacy-first targeting.
- Mentor junior team members and promote a culture focused on curiosity, creativity, and accountability.
- Develop strategic narratives and present updates and insights to senior leadership.
Education
- Bachelor's degree required
- Advanced degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred
