Responsibilities
- Proactively manage the CEO’s dynamic and fast-paced schedule ensuring strategic prioritization.
- Continuously triage calendar conflicts and align scheduling with shifting priorities.
- Partner with Chief of Staff to prepare the CEO for meetings.
- Serve as liaison between CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
- Coordinate complex domestic and international travel arrangements.
- Collaborate with Sales to schedule high-impact client meetings.
- Organize board meetings and manage communications with key stakeholders.
- Track action items and ensure timely execution and follow-up.
- Align with Marketing and Events teams on CEO speaking engagements.
- Maintain and organize key documents for quick access.
Education
- Relevant professional experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C-suite executives.
