Responsibilities
- Draft, structure, and negotiate commercial agreements such as NDAs, license, services, and collaboration agreements.
- Provide legal advice to various functional teams ensuring smooth business operations.
- Support product development with legal risk identification and counsel.
- Advise on internal contracting processes and approval procedures.
- Foster positive relationships with cross-functional clients to facilitate legal support.
- Develop and deliver training programs for legal and company-wide teams.
- Manage and track legal OKRs and coordinate legal processes.
- Implement tools and processes to enhance Legal team efficiency.
Education
- JD degree with a strong academic record
- Admission to the California Bar or authorized in-house legal practice status
