Production Designer
Skills
- Strong portfolio demonstrating fundamentals in composition, color theory, typography, and concept development
- Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines with shifting priorities
- Excellent organizational and file management skills
- Proficient in photography and image retouching
- Experience managing multi-platform campaigns
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
- Experience with content management systems, digital asset management, and workflow tools (Slack, Asana)
- Familiarity with Google Business Suite
Responsibilities
- Adapt and version high-quality, brand-consistent digital assets for web, app stores, partner platforms, and email campaigns
- Manage high-volume production tasks including resizing, versioning, translation inputs, and formatting
- Assist in creation of original photography and illustrations to support the brand
- Collaborate with Creative Director and Production Manager to develop and maintain brand guidelines
- Create marketing and sales materials like decks and presentations in conjunction with marketing and purchasing teams
- Coordinate creative and production workflows with stakeholders to secure approvals and manage timelines
- Organize and maintain files and assets in shared drives and digital asset management systems
- Contribute fresh ideas and optimize file and process workflows
Education
- Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
