Skills
- Strong knowledge of paid search, paid social, display, and video advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.).
- Expertise in campaign strategy, optimization techniques, keyword research, A/B testing, and creative optimization.
- Data-driven with advanced Excel skills for analysis and reporting.
- Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, and optionally AppsFlyer or Adjust.
- Familiarity with campaign management and tag management technologies.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute performance marketing strategies across paid search, social, display, and video channels for the European region.
- Manage budgets, media mix, campaign performance monitoring, and optimization for paid media programs.
- Build testing frameworks and optimize creative assets to improve campaign outcomes.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with business insights, product, engineering, and creative teams to enhance tracking, reporting, and campaign effectiveness.
- Support product feed marketing efforts and coordinate with external vendors and agencies.
- Drive cost per acquisition targets and scale customer acquisition efforts.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, statistics, or related field.
