Responsibilities
- Partner with product, engineering, and growth teams to define and design end-to-end AI-enhanced user solutions.
- Create accessible, user-friendly interfaces from concept through launch.
- Leverage AI to reimagine workflows and human-AI collaboration.
- Conduct or support user research and usability testing to validate design decisions.
- Iterate designs using data insights and experimentation results.
- Contribute to evolving the design system for consistency across platforms.
- Collaborate with designers and cross-functional teams to refine concepts and uphold quality standards.
- Present and articulate design rationale clearly in meetings and reviews.
