Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and growth teams to define and solve product challenges within the AI Copilot experience.
- Design accessible and user-friendly interfaces from concept to polished prototypes.
- Leverage AI capabilities to innovate user flows and customer experiences.
- Create human-AI collaboration flows communicating AI functionality and limitations.
- Conduct and collaborate on user research and usability testing to improve designs.
- Apply data insights to iterate and enhance design solutions.
- Contribute to and evolve the design system for consistency across platforms.
- Work closely with design peers to refine concepts and maintain design quality.
- Communicate design rationale clearly in cross-functional settings.
Education
- Relevant post-secondary education or equivalent experience in design or related fields.
