We’re supporting a SaaS organization in the search for an HR Coordinator to support the smooth day-to-day operations of the People function. This role is perfect for someone early in their HR career who is detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about creating a great employee experience.
You’ll be involved in a wide range of HR responsibilities - from benefits administration to performance management - and play a key role in ensuring internal processes are efficient, compliant, and employee-focused.
Maintain accurate employee records within the HRIS
Assist with benefits enrolment, updates, and general employee inquiries
Help manage leaves of absence and return-to-work processes
Act as a first point of contact for basic HR-related questions
Provide administrative support for performance management and off-boarding processes
Support compliance with employment laws and internal policies
Assist with I-9 processing and documentation
Review and process employee requests regarding medical policies and provide guidance on cases
Prepare reports and documentation as needed
Contribute to ongoing HR projects and initiatives
1–2 years of experience in HR or administrative support
Familiarity with ADP Workforce Now
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, etc.)
Understanding of basic HR practices and employment regulations
Ability to handle confidential information with care
Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required
