Your new role: Sales Recruiter - US - Dallas, TX (Contract) / $40–55/hour ($80,000–$110,000) )


As a Sales Recruiter (Contractor) at Cognigy, you will play a crucial role in identifying and attracting top Sales and GTM talent, particularly with a focus on SaaS, AI, UCaaS, and CCaaS experience. This role involves managing the full recruitment cycle — from sourcing and outreach to interviews and offer negotiation — ensuring a seamless and efficient process. You will partner closely with hiring managers and HR teams to meet business needs and support the company’s growth.

This is a fast-paced, detail-oriented role that requires a proactive mindset, strong relationship-building skills, and the ability to navigate multiple roles simultaneously.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Source and attract top sales/GTM talent for roles in the US market, focusing on SaaS and tech industries
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process: screening, interviews, and offer negotiation
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and HR teams to align on recruitment needs and candidate profiles
  • Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of high-quality candidates
  • Drive an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring journey
  • Ensure all recruitment activities align with Cognigy’s business goals and timelines

About you

    • Proven track record in recruiting for sales or GTM teams, preferably within SaaS or tech sectors
    • Minimum of 4 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition for sales roles
    • Experience negotiating offers and managing the full recruitment lifecycle
    • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
    • Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
    • Strong relationship-building and customer service skills
    • Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS tools, and other recruitment technologies
