Global Supply Chain Analyst (Solventum)

Statement:

We are pleased to announce that Solventum has entered into a definitive agreement to sell our Purification & Filtration business to Thermo Fisher Scientific. This transaction is anticipated to be completed by the end of 2025, subject to the satisfaction of customary closing conditions, receipt of regulatory approvals, and country specific information and consultation needs where required. This is a significant milestone for the P&F business and will allow for the strategic investment and resources needed for sustaining growth and delivering customer solutions. The Impact You’ll Make in this Role

• Supporting Purification and Filtration’s global markets; you will be working closely with our regional supply chain teams to support business growth around the world. 
• Serve as a key point person in the global planning team to work with Solventum Logistics, including DC operations, Transportation, and Intercompany Operations to ensure a smooth flow of product in the P&F product network
• Serve as a subject matter expert on ERP planning processes, and be actively engaged in supply chain aspects of ERP deployments
• Identify and lead global projects focused on improving key supply chain metrics such as Backorder reduction, On-Time service improvement, Days of inventory outstanding improvements, etc.

·Your Skills and Experience

To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution
• Three years of Sourcing, Logistics, Reporting Development and Maintenance, and/or Supply Chain experience in a private, public, government or military environment

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Supply Chain, Operations Management, and/or Business Analytics from an accredited university
• Cross discipline supply chain experience (planning, cross border transactions, transportation, etc.)
• APICS certification or willingness to pursue
• 3M systems experience (COMS, i2 planning suite, ERP / SAP, JD Edwards) & BT knowledge
• Lean Six Sigma experience
• Demonstrated coaching, interpersonal communication, and team leadership ability
• History of successfully applying business knowledge to support business needs and goals
• Initiates, leads, and implements the process of supply chain problem identification and resolution
• Experience working cross functionally across different global regions
• Advanced Microsoft Office (Excel, Sharepoint) development experience

Travel: 10% travel domestic/international

Applicable to US Applicants Only:The expected compensation range for this position is $106,331 - $129,960, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience.
