What You’ll Do:
Manage the full post-sale lifecycle for a portfolio of strategic accounts
Lead onboarding, training, and ongoing support for AI-driven platforms
Develop a deep understanding of each client’s goals, workflows, and success metrics
Conduct regular check-ins and strategic business reviews to align product usage with outcomes
Identify and mitigate churn risks with proactive engagement
Collaborate with product and engineering to advocate for client needs
You’re a Good Fit If You:
Have 3–5+ years of experience in client success, account management, or a similar role
Excel in managing B2B relationships and communicating with multiple stakeholders
Are organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple priorities
Have a passion for delivering high-impact client experiences
Bonus: experience with SaaS or AI-driven tools, and platforms like Slack, Airtable, HubSpot
