Great Minds is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to guide organizational effectiveness, talent planning, and change enablement in a mission-driven environment aimed at enhancing educational outcomes.
Responsibilities: Key responsibilities include serving as a consultative partner to leadership on workforce planning, coaching leaders on team effectiveness, diagnosing structural gaps, and facilitating engagement strategies.
Skills: Candidates must possess strong business acumen, change leadership skills, and a proven ability to influence at all levels along with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Qualifications: A Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of experience as a strategic HRBP or in a similar advisory role are required, preferably with expertise in organizational design and effectiveness.
Location: This position is remote, preferably East Coast, with possible quarterly travel for off-site meetings.
Compensation: $110000 - $121000 / Annually

Job Purpose
As a strategic HR Business Partner (HRBP), you will act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, guiding organizational effectiveness, talent planning, change enablement, and culture building playing a key role in designing and executing workforce strategies that drive business success. This high-impact role is focused on tackling the most pressing talent opportunities and challenges through delivering high-impact coaching, shaping talent strategies, and aligning people practices with business priorities.
This role is designed for an experienced professional who brings strong business acumen, change leadership, and the ability to connect the dots across people, data, and strategy to shape the employee experience, guide organizational effectiveness, and build manager capability.

The expected base salary range for this position is $110,000-$121,000, however the offered salarymay be higher or lower than the above range dependent on numerous factors including, but not limited to location, work experience, skills and internal equity considerations. The base salary is not inclusive of benefits or other incentives.
