Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional implementation experiences ensuring Gong influences new customers’ revenue outcomes
- Lead discovery workshops to identify business challenges and recommend sophisticated platform solutions
- Manage priorities across multiple customer engagements effectively
- Advise customers on change management to boost sustained adoption
- Provide regular project updates highlighting risks and mitigation strategies to executives
- Maintain expertise in Gong products, APIs, and integrations with third-party applications
- Collaborate with customer technical and security teams for deployment and system integration
- Facilitate smooth transitions between sales and post-sales teams
- Conduct onsite and remote meetings according to Professional Services standards
- Contribute to organizational growth initiatives within the Professional Services team
