National Channel Partner Manager

Glean is an AI-powered knowledge management platform seeking a National Channel Partner Manager to develop and manage strategic partnerships across leading cloud and SaaS providers, driving growth and cross-functional collaboration.

Skills

  • Strong sales and go-to-market experience in SaaS or cloud
  • Channel recruitment and onboarding expertise
  • Marketplace experience with AWS, Azure, GCP
  • Strategic partnership development and execution
  • Cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Data-driven decision making and performance tracking

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage GTM execution with top National Partners
  • Drive demand generation and co-sell motions alongside internal teams
  • Identify new joint opportunities with VAR partners
  • Collaborate broadly across Cloud, GSI, and ISV partner landscapes
  • Execute national and regional partner strategies with cross-functional teams
  • Support enablement activities for partner and internal sellers
  • Manage account mapping and pipeline forecasting in Salesforce
  • Track key performance metrics and conduct business reviews
  • Stay informed on market trends and competitor activities
  • Manage partner application, legal agreements, and deal registration processes

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • MBA preferred
