Enterprise Account Executive- Michigan

Glean is an AI-powered knowledge management platform seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Executive to drive new logo acquisition and revenue growth in Michigan. The ideal candidate will excel at navigating complex organizations, closing technical SaaS deals, and collaborating across teams to meet ambitious sales targets.

Skills

  • Ability to pitch and demonstrate a highly technical product
  • Experience managing complex sales cycles and closing deals
  • Strong knowledge of software integrations, APIs, infrastructure, security, and analytics
  • Experienced in solution selling, target account selling, and methodologies like MEDDIC and Challenger
  • Collaborative skills to work effectively with sales engineers, business development reps, product managers, executives, and engineers

Responsibilities

  • Source and close net new logos within assigned territory
  • Navigate complex organizational structures to identify executive sponsors and champions
  • Research and understand customer business objectives for value-driven sales
  • Collaborate with internal partners to move deals forward and ensure customer success
  • Consistently deliver annual recurring revenue (ARR) targets using a metrics-based approach
  • Develop and execute sales strategies and tactics to generate pipeline and predictable bookings
  • Provide timely insights and feedback to corporate functions
  • Create ROI and business justification reports using data-driven approaches
  • Run tight proofs of concept (POCs) based on business success criteria
