Description
Job Summary
Responsible for Human Resources Programs (i.e. recruitment, new hire paperwork, orientation, training, employee relations); works collaboratively with the Director of Human Resources to provide input and assist with the design, implementation and administration of such programs. Maintains regular and open communication with the Director of Human Resources on interpretation and enforcement of Human Resources policies and issues to ensure consistency and standardization across the organization.
