Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Branch Manager to lead out team at our Sarasota location. This role requires a hands-on leader who can manage operations, drive sales, and ensure outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations, including inventory management, logistics, and staff supervision.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, contractors, and customers.
- Implement sales strategies to grow revenue and expand market reach.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Manage financial performance, including budgeting, pricing, and cost control.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a positive work environment.
- Proven experience, Assistant Manager or SP4 (internal applicants) completion preferred.
- Strong business acumen with a track record of managing operations and driving growth.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to problem-solve and adapt to changing market conditions.
