Responsibilities
- Develop and execute revenue growth strategies and forecasting with GTM leadership
- Lead annual and quarterly planning for sales, marketing, partnerships, and customer success
- Own the architecture and administration of revenue tech stack including Salesforce, Hubspot, Outreach, and more
- Implement new tools and processes to support GTM scale including lead scoring, routing, and lifecycle automation
- Maintain clean, structured data with strong data governance and enrichment
- Build and maintain real-time reporting on pipeline health, conversion rates, CAC/LTV, and churn
- Partner with finance and data teams for forecasting accuracy and consistent executive reporting
- Drive process optimization for lead routing, sales cycle management, account scoring and compensation design
- Serve as operational lead to align GTM teams, finance, and product for revenue goals and tooling initiatives
Education
- Relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
