Responsibilities
- Motivate and manage a B2B Client Relationship Managers sales team
- Drive performance, accountability, and professional development within the team
- Coach the team in sales strategies, tools, and account planning
- Lead monthly sales meetings and conduct regular reviews to ensure sales goals are met
- Act as the territory sales leader and brand ambassador, building lasting client relationships
- Represent Ernest at client and community events
- Partner with supplier representatives to enhance value and relationships
- Support new business development and expand existing accounts
- Guide the team to uncover client needs and deliver customized solutions
- Develop and execute a yearly business plan focused on profitable growth
- Recommend process improvements to enhance the sales function
- Oversee pricing deviations, sales promotions, and campaigns
