We are a high-performance wellness company redefining what operational excellence looks like. We value speed, precision, and accountability—and we hire individuals who bring the same mindset to every shift. This is a culture for people who take pride in doing things well, at pace, and as part of a tight-knit team.
As a Senior Accountant, you'll own critical accounting processes that directly support our financial accuracy, audit readiness, and IPO trajectory. You’ll play a key role in the monthly close cycle, contribute to SOX documentation, support M&A integrations, and partner cross-functionally to keep our numbers clean and our reporting sharp.
Key responsibilities include:
Prepare journal entries for revenue, accruals, and prepaid assets
Perform and review reconciliations for key balance sheet accounts
Support monthly financial statements and internal reporting deliverables
Maintain fixed asset schedules and monthly depreciation
Assist with audit preparation, including schedules and documentation
Participate in SOX documentation and control testing
Assist in integration of new acquisitions into consolidated financials
Support ERP data entry, report validation, and system integrity
Contribute to technical accounting research and memo drafting
Take ownership of your numbers and know how to navigate ambiguity
Enjoy solving problems with structure, accuracy, and accountability
Communicate clearly and follow through consistently
Value quality over shortcuts, but speed over perfection
See audit, close, and compliance as levers — not checkboxes
Active CPA license (required)
2–4 years of accounting experience, including public accounting or public company exposure
Strong understanding of GAAP, month-end close, and internal controls
Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and ERP systems
Comfort working in fast-paced, scaling environments
Experience with SOX or IPO-readiness processes (preferred)
CPA designation and foundational experience in general ledger accounting
Ability to manage reconciliations, journal entries, and fixed assets independently
Strong time management, accuracy, and documentation habits
Familiarity with audit processes and reporting requirements
Public accounting background or experience in a public company setting
Exposure to SOX-compliant environments or IPO preparation
Experience supporting ERP cleanup, automation, or integration projects
Participation in M&A or multi-entity consolidations
To support our digital evolution, you will:
Use AI-enabled tools for reconciliations and reporting
Identify and help automate repeatable close and reporting workflows
Participate in AI fluency and finance transformation initiatives
Success in this role will be measured by:
Timeliness and accuracy of journal entries and reconciliations
Reduction in reconciling items and audit findings
Responsiveness and reliability in supporting audits and financial reviews
