We are a high-performance wellness company redefining what operational excellence looks like. We value speed, precision, and accountability—and we hire individuals who bring the same mindset to every shift. This is a culture for people who take pride in doing things well, at pace, and as part of a tight-knit team.
As Senior Accounting Manager, you’ll lead the execution of high-impact accounting operations and internal controls that support IPO readiness, M&A integration, and GAAP compliance. You’ll own the monthly close process, guide technical accounting policy, manage audit engagements, and elevate team performance with both rigor and mentorship.
Key responsibilities include:
Lead the monthly and year-end close process across multiple entities
Review and approve journal entries, account reconciliations, and variance analyses
Maintain and enhance accounting policies, internal controls, and SOX documentation
Manage external audits and author technical accounting memos
Guide accounting for M&A transactions, including purchase accounting and integration
Oversee revenue recognition practices and ERP system integrity
Mentor and supervise staff accountants and support cross-functional finance alignment
Drive accounting automation, process improvement, and system enhancement initiatives
Own outcomes, not just tasks, and bring precision to everything you touch
Communicate clearly, proactively, and without spin — even on complex topics
Move fast and execute consistently under pressure
Care about structure, discipline, and elevating those around you
See accounting as a critical lever for organizational trust and scalability
Wait for perfect information before acting or need layers of direction
Avoid audit-facing responsibilities or lack attention to documentation
Are uncomfortable working in ambiguous or evolving compliance environments
Struggle to manage junior team members or cross-functional partners
5–8 years of progressive accounting experience
Active CPA license (required)
Background in public accounting or within a publicly traded company (required)
Strong grasp of GAAP, consolidations, and internal controls
Experience with IPO preparation and/or SOX environments (preferred)
Advanced proficiency in ERP systems and Excel/Google Sheets
Track record of audit engagement management and technical memo preparation
Active CPA license
Proven ability to manage financial close and reporting cycles end-to-end
Familiarity with SOX compliance and GAAP technical accounting
Strong communication and team leadership capabilities
Experience collaborating across tax, FP&A, and compliance functions
Experience supporting IPO readiness or public company audit cycles
M&A integration exposure including purchase accounting
Background in a high-growth or multi-entity environment
System implementation or finance automation project involvement
To support our digital evolution, you will:
Leverage AI tools for reconciliation and reporting accuracy
Identify automation opportunities in close and reporting workflows
Participate in AI fluency training and transformation initiatives
Ability to sit and work at a computer for extended periods

System and process improvements that increase accounting efficiency
