Account Executive Mid-Market (West)

DevRev, a fast-growing SaaS startup revolutionizing CRM for SaaS companies with AI-driven solutions, seeks an experienced Account Executive Mid-Market to drive growth in the US market by engaging SMB and mid-enterprise accounts. This role involves managing the customer lifecycle and collaborating across teams to boost product adoption and sales.

Skills

  • Proven success in SaaS, IT, or B2B tech sales with CRM industry experience.
  • Strong prospecting, cold calling, and networking abilities.
  • Strategic thinking and ability to execute sales plans effectively.
  • Excellent communication and influence skills.
  • Customer-focused mindset with resilience in dynamic environments.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain relationships with existing and new prospects to meet sales quotas.
  • Collaborate with Growth, Product, and Engineering teams to enhance product awareness and sales strategies.
  • Engage customers through the entire lifecycle, from concept to adoption and expansion.
  • Develop content, refine sales scripts, and manage pipeline data accurately using internal CRM tools.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
