Customer Success Manager- NY

DevRev is seeking a Customer Success Manager to foster lasting client partnerships and help customers derive maximum value from our innovative conversational AI solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively manage accounts to maximize customer value and drive business growth.
  • Lead customers through onboarding and implementation plans.
  • Develop strategies to increase product adoption.
  • Integrate DevRev with customers’ existing tool stacks.
  • Conduct data analyses to share insights with stakeholders.
  • Identify and lead interventions to address customer risk.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
