- Strong ability to use data to inform creative testing and present insights to leadership.
- Comprehensive knowledge of visual advertising platforms such as TikTok, Snap, Facebook/Instagram, GDN, and Mobile apps.
- Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills for client and internal stakeholder engagement.
- Proven experience managing and mentoring small teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead creative strategy for large-scale global accounts and execute strategic creative tests with media and design teams.
- Manage and mentor a team of 3-4 individuals, fostering growth and strong collaboration.
- Build & maintain strong client relationships, advocating for their goals across multifunctional teams.
- Craft creative briefs and oversee strategic execution alongside account and creative teams.
- Recommend innovative strategic creative directions to unlock growth opportunities.
- Track and report on creative testing progress and trends to drive performance improvements.
- Prioritize creative production requests and ensure an effective feedback loop between teams.
- Produce thought leadership content including blog posts, case studies, and webinars.
