Responsibilities
- Research, recruit, and engage potential new member companies to grow the Civic Alliance membership
- Collect and analyze metrics to demonstrate the impact of Civic Alliance initiatives
- Develop and implement onboarding and ongoing support for member companies
- Assist in designing toolkits and resources to enhance corporate civic engagement
- Develop expertise in Democracy Works offerings to tailor partner resources
- Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and member companies
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, communications, and development teams
- Support event planning for both virtual and in-person events
- Travel up to 20% for events, retreats, and meetings
