Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of enterprise accounts, acting as the primary client contact for high-priority customers.
- Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders including Benefit Managers, HR Executives, and consultants.
- Develop and execute customized program strategies integrated with clients’ broader benefits offerings.
- Leverage client success to cultivate references and case studies.
- Analyze and use data in Looker and Salesforce to monitor client health and identify opportunities or risks.
- Drive key engagement and revenue metrics such as wellness outcomes, retention, renewals, and product expansion.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Operations, Sales, and Clinical teams to promote client success and platform adoption.
